The Facility

The first phase of the facility will consist of approximately 40,000 square feet of construction. 30,000 square feet will be dedicated to housing. The contemporary design is conducive to the surrounding area and will provide a very family oriented enviroment. The building will be designed and constructed to Leadership in Energy and Enviromental Designs, (LEED) standards. A gold level (LEED) certification is our goal.
